A collective named for a flower-shaped cloud.
CloudFlower Collective takes its name from Paj Fuab — Flower Cloud — the Hmong name of founder Alex Yang's mother. It evokes a cloud shaped like a flower: soft, elevated, intentional, and enduring. That spirit guides every decision we make.
Strategy, creativity, and measurable outcome — connected.
We connect strategy, creativity, marketing, and performance through thoughtful storytelling and measurable outcomes. Our work helps organizations build stronger brands, engage their communities, and achieve growth that compounds.
We chose the collective model intentionally. It allows us to assemble the right senior team around each client — without overhead, hierarchy, or compromise.
Four principles that shape our practice.
Rooted
We honor culture, story, and meaning as the foundation of every brand.
Considered
We design slowly, decide deliberately, and ship with intent.
Senior
Every engagement is led by experienced practitioners — not delegated down.
Measured
We define what success looks like before we begin, and we report against it.
The Dok Champa, cloud, and arc.
Our mark draws from the Dok Champa flower — a Southeast Asian symbol of sincerity, sweetness, and enduring love — set within cloud forms, an ascending arc, and Paj Ntaub textile geometry.
Together they speak to who we are: heritage and craft, lift and aspiration, structure and soul.
